Full registration fee includes admission to all Summit Sessions, admission to the VIP Welcoming Reception, admission to the Luncheon Program, continental breakfast, beverage break snacks, and one set of program materials.

Confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail for all online registrations.
| CANCELLATION POLICY |
Requests for registration fee refunds must be made in writing and received in VIID’s office on or before May 26, 2009. You may fax your request to 202-541-1519. There will be an administrative fee of $95 deducted from the refund. After May 26, 2009, cancellation requests will not be processed. VIID reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses or speaker cancellations. Refund requests will be processed 30 days after the Summit concludes.
