| Mission |

The Institute's mission is to inform the debate and advance policy solution proposals on substantive issues affecting the long-term competitive advantages of the U.S. Virgin Islands and, by consequence, its people.

| EMPHASIS |

  • Increase the quality and measurable outcomes of intellectual discourse
    on substantive USVI issues;
  • Provide a non-partisan forum for policy making and consensus building;
  • Provide polling services to gather, analyze and present USVI-related
    data and information from an objective, nonpartisan perspective;
  • Provide performance-based funding oversight of implementation projects
    involving the U.S. Virgin Islands;
  • Support the Islands and others as an expert, solutions-oriented information
    resource.
